2. Service Description

NarwhalSea provides lead generation and social advertising services designed to help businesses connect with qualified prospects. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and research using AI-powered algorithms
• Social network advertising and campaign management
• Multi-channel lead generation across various platforms
• Qualified lead delivery with contact information

3. Qualification Process

Access to our services is subject to a qualification review process. We reserve the right to:

• Review and approve all service applications
• Decline service to any business or individual at our discretion
• Require additional information or documentation during the qualification process
• Modify qualification criteria at any time

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Direct: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. If a delivered lead does not respond within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost, subject to our verification process.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is obtained through legitimate, compliant methods and is provided in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Use provided leads in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of lead information
• Follow up with leads in a professional and timely manner
• Not resell or redistribute lead information to third parties

8. Limitation of Liability

NarwhalSea's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and methodologies used in our services remain the intellectual property of NarwhalSea. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to replicate our systems or processes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and access to our services will be discontinued.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
