1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NarwhalSea's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NarwhalSea provides lead generation and social media advertising services. We identify potential customers, create targeted advertising campaigns, and deliver qualified leads to our clients based on agreed-upon criteria.

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process before accessing our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal criteria and capacity.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Professional Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon criteria, we will replace it at no charge or provide a full refund for that specific lead.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience information
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using our services for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. Lead information is provided exclusively to the paying client and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of NarwhalSea. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

NarwhalSea's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pecos County, Texas.
